building vbox on openwrt

I'm wondering if there is anyone out there who has succeeded in cross-compiling virtual box on openWRT.

My custom virtual box feed is headless only and all guest extensions are disabled. The build is getting a fair amount along the way but it fails eventually when linking xpidl because kmk adds /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu to the link library path.

I tried various patches of kBuild files to try to get it to not add the host's library path but no success so far.

If anyone has succeeded building virtual box on openWRT and is willing to share some pointers I'd be very grateful.

when shut down openwrt can't normal shutdown
