Import source into VS 2012 Pro

Hi
I downloaded the source files for virtualbox, and would like to create vs project with them. But I am not sure "how to import" and "what to import" so that I can compile and debug virtualbox with visual studio.
Any pointers in the right direction will be appreciated.
