I was wondering it anyone has a prebuild version of virtual box that can be booted to off of a cd or flash drive/external hard drive. so that i can run virtual box without having to have a fully functional host operating system.

you can make Linux Disrtibution on flash drive.

debian ! and run from flash - run debian and after that Vbox
