Run applications on guest

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to download a program on the guest and run it using the SDK.

Essentially what I would like is to make a script that connects to a virtual machine, takes a snapshot, downloads a binary on the guest, runs it, gets some results and reverts back to snapshot. Is this doable ?
