VBox measurement unit

Hi,
I am trying get the CPU usage of the VBox, but I dont understand why the usage's value in percentage is 100,000?
It seem it should be 100% not 100,000%, I wonder why the values is 1000 times larger than I expected to be.
anyone knows the reason?
below is my output from dos prompt
C:\>vboxmanage metrics list
