Hi. How can I transfer files from a USB stick to the virtual disk? I can only do it from a CD / DVD.

If you go MultiOS's route, see USB basics and troubleshooting. This will give the guest OS complete control of the USB stick.
If you just want to get some files off the stick into the guest, use a Guest Additions Shared Folder to the USB stick. See Section 4.3 in the manual.
