Corrupted *.webm file (can't be rewinded, can't be deleted)

Hello,

I have some issues with recorded video files *.webm recorded by Oracle VirtualBox.
The first issue is: When I want to play a recored video and rewind it then the video got frozen. The video can be watched without rewinding it.
The second one and really anoying: I'm not able to delete a recorded video. I tried delete it from cmd, but it didn't work. I also tried utils e.g: FileAssasing or FilExile, but it didn't work either.
What should I do to delete these files? I've never encountered a problem like this, it happens only with the *.webm files recorded by Oracle VirtualBox.

Using Oracle VirtualBox v. 6.0.14.
