VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED Error

Hello Guys,

Everytime I want to start my virtual box i got this error..

Call to WHvSetupPartition failed: ERROR_SUCCESS (Last=0xc000000d/87)
(VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED).

I tried a lot of things but none of them work..

Hope anyone can help me with it.
Normally i need to disable the HyperV button but the button don't show up.

1. Please read The Forum Posting Guide » Choose a sensible title and forum. A thread with the title "Error", is too generic, everybody comes here usually because of an error. I slightly changed the title so that it's more focused.
2. It's usually easier, more convenient, smaller size, searchable and quotable, if you use that "Kopieer" button in the error dialog, and simply paste the error text, instead of posting the image. I did that for you.
3. Please read The Forum Posting Guide » Search the forums before posting. Had you searched for that "VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED" error, you would have already found the answer. See next point...
4. Please go thoroughly through the FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests. After making 110% sure that Hyper-V is disabled in the Windows Features along with the rest of the Hyper-V enablers, you might want to make sure that Fast Boot is disabled. Then do a cold boot, i.e. shut down the Host and pull the power-plug for 10-20 sec.

What doesn't work, exactly? Please write down exactly what you tried. And switch your keyboard out of Twitter mode, we'll need details.

FWIW when folks carefully follow the '64bts' tutorial, they get Virtualbox running smoothly. If I were a gambling man I'd be willing a decent wager where in the last sentence your 'not working' problem occurred.

Still doesn't work..

I see in the picture the "Windows Hypervisor platform", and unless you specifically and explicitly tell me that you disabled at least that, and you did the "bcedit" thing, and you did a cold reboot, I'm going to assume that you didn't even try...

I disabled all these things.

And also did the bcedit.

Are there any other solutions?

Exactly how did you do the "bcdedit"? What is the command you put in and what window did you use to enter the command?

As a reference, see: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=95759. Ricardo "did the bcdedit thing" correctly, and his Virtualbox is working.

I disabled all these things.

Mind you... these "all things" are the things that we know so far. The list keeps on changing!
