virtual box insert qiime2 or running ubuntu 时报错

安装到最后一步时，没有进行重启，强制退出后，回到virtual box页面进行了2步设置，之后启动就报错了。我试图重启，但依然报错，没了法子。

在官网上下载的VB6.0.10的版本。而qiime2 文件的最高版本是6.0.8 的，导入一直出现报错。有尝试下载VB6.0.8版本，导入qiime2文件依旧失败。

我的电脑是苹果电脑，安了双系统。上述步骤是在window7 上操作的。确认开启了VT。
