VT-x is disabled in the BIOS for all CPU modes (VERR_VMX_MSR_ALL_VMX_DISABLED).

What it says. You need to enable VT-x in the host PC BIOS.

Get the instruction manual / Google for your motherboard and look for how to get into the BIOS and how to enable the VT-x, also called Virtualization Technology" amongst other names.

the image link responds with 403 Forbidden. Post images, scaled to fit the forum requirements of 128k or less, using the Upload Attachment tab. Better yet, in lieu of a picture re-type any error message so the error is readable and searchable.

OK this means your guest environment started, so you're past the VT-x issue supposedly.
Now the guest is looking for an operating system, but can't find one on any bootable media attached to the guest. You have to provide the operating system, usually an ISO file or physical CD, or import a working OVA from a download.

See section 1.9 in the manual.

Click on the Help tab in the VirtualBox Manager window.

Now that your guest is running and the guest's operating system is doing something, Virtualbox is doing its job and you need to solve the problem as if you were working on a physical PC. Google will be your friend in troubleshooting OS install issues.

As before, that is a Windows message, not VirtualBox. You will see that also on a physical machine.

I'm going to lock this topic. "Virtual Machine does not work" has too broad a scope, and the last OP post has nothing to do with the first. Please select one (narrow) issue per topic.
