Error import .ova or .ovf

I'm a new user of virtual box.
I my trying importing an .ova or .ovf in virtual box, but I'm encountering the error below.

In the case of .ovf:

Failed to import appliance C:\Users\Ariane\Desktop\EBSD\Virtual.ovf.

Error opening 'C:\Users\Ariane\Desktop\EBSD\vdisk0.vmdk' for reading (VERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND).

Result Code: VBOX_E_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND (0x80BB0001)

And in the case of .ova:

Failed to import appliance C:\Users\Ariane\Downloads\ebsd.ova.

It sounds like a corrupted file case. Re-download the file if you can and if there's a checksum make sure that it matches.
