You are allocating memory you don't have. I would reduce main RAM to 768MB, reduce graphics RAM to 64MB. Or add a lot more RAM to your host and/or close down more host apps if you want to run VMs.

Everything? Did you add more RAM to your PC?

Your vm will not run until you have enough free memory for the vm to load.

If the scenario has changed then we need a new log.

Additionally, to both save some time and educate yourself, open the VBox.log with a text editor, and search for "available".
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

There is no memory problem being reported in the new log. I don't see how this possibly be giving the same error as before. The only thing now reported in the log is this :-
00:00:45.636866 VMMDev: Guest requests the VM to be turned off
00:00:45.636906 Changing the VM state from 'RUNNING' to 'POWERING_OFF'
Which, if you are not shutting down the VM yourself, usually means that the Windows image is unlicensed.

One problem I do see, though I doubt it causes the problem, is that you are using 5.1.18 Guest Additions with a 5.1.17 test build. It is generally invalid to continue using a test build when you don't need to, and also invalid to use GAs which are more recent than the host software.
