Hello Virtual Box Community for give me if I did not direct this topic to the correct forum. I'm a novice as of today just learning this software from youtube. I download Virtualbox 5.2.12 today and notice as I was going through the setting to download other OS's into the box I see only 32bit systems but my Desktop is a windows 7 Pro 64bit i tried Ubuntu 18.04 64 bit and Ubuntu 14.04 32bit there is something with the CPU message coming up.

Please go thoroughly through the FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests. Those are just guidelines...
