Running Virtual Box in: Host Mac High Sierra Guess Windows 7
I am trying to connect from the Host to guess following several tutorials which involve create a "host-only networks" on the Virtual Box
However, in the Virtualbox settings, it only gives the option to add a NAT networks, I cannot see the option to add "Host-only networks" .

I would appreciate if anyone could help me

Go in the "File" menu » Host Network Manager.
Also, consider changing your favorite internet search engine. There should be plenty of results about this on these forums, but the search engine you're using now, does not seem to return any results for some reason.
