Problem relating installation of Kali Linux

Hi
Whenever i try to install KALI LINUX in Virtual Box. It always goes into Guru Meditation.
I am not able to attach log file due to big size.
Here is the code:
00:01:40.601022 Changing the VM state from 'DESTROYING' to 'TERMINATED'
00:01:40.603043 Console: Machine state changed to 'PoweredOff'
00:01:41.953714 GUI: Passing request to close Runtime UI from machine-logic to UI session.
I have attached .png file for any good in the matter
Please help me.
