Move VM to another PC

Hello . I want to migrate VM from Windows 7 machine, running virtualbox version 4.3.6r91406
to Win10 machine running latest virtualbox version.
I did EXPORT APPLIANCE. But after running several hours it did not finish.
I cannot export and import on other machine.
Who can i handle this issue, please?
