That's exactly why I included the available memory and I suggested a number. Lower the memory to the suggested value.

I won't even bother opening the log.
Do NOT send me Personal Messages (PMs) for troubleshooting, they are simply deleted.
Do NOT reply with the "QUOTE" button, please use the "POST REPLY", at the bottom of the form.
If you obfuscate any information requested, I will obfuscate my response. These are virtual UUIDs, not real ones.

Third and final time of asking :-

Does "yes" mean "yes, it was an XP mode VM"?

If so the XP image was only licensed for the Windows 7 Pro host on which it was originally used. Its activation checks will fail on any other host and it will shut down, as we see here. I'm not sure this problem has a solution. You could try booting up with an XP repair CD (ISO) and installing a new product key - I have no idea if this will work. The only other thing you can do is mount the disk in another Windows VM, and recover any files you need to recover. Then I'd create a new VM from an original XP install CD.

yes, I mean that VM is an XP mode. I will follow steps to recovery and try to recover Windows installation.
