Maybe it´s not the problem. I increased the memory 100MB to 1.8GB

That's exactly why I included the available memory and I suggested a number. Lower the memory to the suggested value.

May I need to export file from Virtual Box to work well in another Virtual Box installation?

Does "yes" mean "yes, it was an XP mode VM"?
If so the XP image was only licensed for the Windows 7 Pro host on which it was originally used. Its activation checks will fail on any other host and it will shut down, as we see here. I'm not sure this problem has a solution. You could try booting up with an XP repair CD (ISO) and installing a new product key - I have no idea if this will work. The only other thing you can do is mount the disk in another Windows VM, and recover any files you need to recover. Then I'd create a new VM from an original XP install CD.
