windows server 2008 mounting issues

i have tried mount the windows server 2008 R2 SP1 64 bit for my machine.but unfortunately i am receiving error machine while loading time.
my system configuration is
OS : windows 7 64 bit
RAM : 4GB
Processor : intel pentium core i3

Virtual box is oracle and i have enabled the BIOS virtualization technology too.

during load time virtual machine showing the error message is:
Error relaunching VirtualBox VM process:5
Command line: '81954AF5-4D2F-31EB-A142-B7AF187A1C41-suplib-2ndchild--comment server --startvm 2bcaff9b-f226-4d72-97d5-8a12e560b5f1--no-startvm-errormsgbox'(rc=-104)
this is the message that i have seen.please give me the solution to solve this

yes here with iam attaching the log file.there is 6 log file available.but ill upload last log file

Right click on the guest in the main manager and then click on show log. Save and post as an attachment.
