Can you tell me what are the differences and pros and cons of each Paravirtualization option?
I'm hosting Windows machine on Windows host.
I'd like to know which Paravirtualization option to choose and what are the differences.

The smart approach would be to let VirtualBox decide which one to use. But if you must try to change it Windows would be hyper-v, Linux would be KVM, Etc.
