Hey
Unfortunately I lost the *.vbox file of my Windows 7 guest. I have created many snapshots in this machine. So I have now all the vdi files but don't know how to use them in a new created machine. Is there any tool that can merge the snapshot without the *.vbox file or can I somehow import the snapshot files?
Many thanks in advice!

I hope that you do mean all the VDI files, because if you left out the base VDI (in the same folder as the .vbox file) then you're screwed. If you do have all the VDI files then the linked message below tells you how to reassemble them.

Since you've lost the VM it means you'll need to construct a new VM around the disk, which some guest OS's and guest applications will see, causing them to require reactivation.

Thanks a lot! CloneVDI works great on the linux host.
