The router/AP wifi is:

Router/AP model: C7100V (nighthawk AC1900)

Host: LG Gram 17 (motherboard: LG Electronics model 17Z990 FAB1 chipset ID3E34) running Microsoft Windows 10, Intel Core i7, 40GB memory.

Guest operating system: Debian Sid fully up to date as of Jan 30, 2021.

The following two wifi cards work with the above cable modem/router:

Manufacturer: TP-Link
card model: TL-WN722N V1 version 1 clone (based on Atheros AR9002U/AR9271L , host download speed around 45 megabits/s) from Eldorado Distribution PO Box 2385, Englewood, CO 80150.
Driver name/provider: unknown (using a windows 10 driver found on internet, please check before trusting it: http://www.mediafire.com/file/vqb4z2gch ... t.rar/file)
Driver version: unknown
Status: works properly in bridged mode.

Manufacturer: ALFA Network
card model: AWUS036NHA (based on Atheros AR9271 chipset) host download speeds of around 50 megabits/s.
Driver name/provider: TP-LINK (published by Microsoft, recognized by Windows 10 just plug it in).
Driver version: 10.0.0.25
Status: works properly in bridged mode.

The following card does NOT work properly in bridged mode with the above cable modem/router:

Manufacturer: Intel
card model: Wireless-AC 9560 (this is the wifi card that comes in the LG Gram 17, host download speed around 205 megabits/s)
Driver name/provider: Intel (published by Microsoft).
Driver version: 20.120.0.4
Status: IPv6 does NOT work from the guest using bridged mode with this card. DHCP and 45 megabits/s downloads within the guest working fine.
