After 4 hours of trying, finally i got the my result. A vm with a batch file how activate/disactivate the changes of vm everytime i need.
If someone need the complete procedure, post in this thread and i'm glad to help him.

I do not want VBox to save the state of any virtual machines when there is an unexpected shutdown of the primary machine. So, how can i turn off auto save state function of VBox?
