howto disable rdp-autoresize?

I've got that whole Vbox-thing running, everthing is fine. I always connect via VRDP and also allowed multiple connections. If I'm connected to the VM and another user with a different Screen-Resolution connects, the resolution of the VM changes. How can I supress this behavior?
