Creating a virtual network

Hello !
I have problems configuring a virtual network for some guests (for now 2, but will be 5 or so when this network will work).

I read the documentation, and finally, the best for me is to use the internal network (i want to test servers in a totally independent network). So i used the "internal network" in the 2 guests, set a static IP in each one (192.168.102.x), and tried to ping. And the guests cant access to each other.

Anyone has an explanation ?
