How do I install VBoxLinuxAdditions.run

Hi all,

I want to install the VBoxLinuxAdditions.run from the VBOXADDITIONS_1.50_24069 that appears on my Debian Lenny desktop after I go Devices > Install Guest Additions...

I can't seem to find any instructions how to go about this, I have serached the forums and they are full of download this .deb or is it the OSE version and type HOST L, but no actual step by step instruction on how to install.

Under VMWare you have VMWareTools and on the VMWare site there is a step by step guide how to go about this, but there is nothing on Innotek's site about the Guest Additions

Read "Innitek VirtualBox User Manual" Version 1.5.0 chapter 4 page 49.

I assumed that the instructions would be on the web site like VMWare, but we live and learn.
