XP 64 bits

I have a Kubuntu 8.10 HOST 32 bits and mi processor is a core2duo (32-64 bits) , when i go to install a windows XP 64 bits in VirtualBox 2.2 the installation fail, and tell me my procesor is not 64 bits, but is wrong, how can i install a X64 guest system?.
I my work i have windows 32 bits HOST in a core2duo and a GUEST XP 64 bits in other non free virtualization program property of the company,my question: is possible make the same in Virtualbox in my house KUBUNTU 32 bits HOST and XP 64 GUEST?

Read the FAQ, your BIOS probably doesn't have vt-x enabled, if there is no such option you need a BIOS upgrade.

My processor Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7300 have no vt-x support and does not have this possiblity, in my work, is other model of Core2Duo with vt-x support. :(

the computer have 3 days old and is absolutely new, and for me have ten years of future without spending a buck.(hehehe)

The Core 2 Duo E8x00 series (except E8190) have VT-x support. The Core 2 Quad E9x00 and E9x50 series also have VT-x support. Core 2 Duo 7x00 and Core 2 Quad E8x00 have no VT-x support.
