opening folders

who can help me with this problem ???

I've installed innotek virtualbox 1.3.99 beta1 on my macbook.
So this is my host.
I've created an vm -> nd installed xp pro on it.
So this will be the guest.

How do i acces my folders located on my macbook's hard drive ???

i've tryed but its like learning chinese for me ...
even tryed the help function in innotek ...

i really can't figure it out ...
