Hi, I have a 10GB Network Card, and a 3GB Internet connection.
I took a speed test on my main PC and I am getting 3GB speed, but when I logged on to my VM and I tested my VM its not getting the same speed it is only getting about 1GB.
How can I fix it so that my VMs uses the full speed of my internet connection which is 3 GB?
Attached you will find photo screenshots of:
1. Main PC Speed
2. VM Speed
3. Oracle VM Virtual Box - VM Network Settings
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

You shouldn't be using VMs if you need the performance of physical hardware. You can't expect a simulated network card to get the same performance as a leading edge physical counterpart.
That said, the VirtIO network "card" can bypass some of this simulation overhead, though it will require a non-native driver to be installed in the guest.

6.13. Improving Network Performance gives some general hints, including the hint to modify offloading settings using the ethtool command on Linux guests.
