Hi, i can not use the host machine internet because of the firewall policy of my firm. because of that i want to share my iphone's internet with usb cable with my virtual machine.

It's possible if you plug a USB WiFi dongle into the host PC, then redirect the USB device to the VM. Of course your company's policies may prevent that too.
Note that whatever the solution will be, it will involve giving the host OS a capability (in this case a USB WiFi dongle capable of being redirected) and then passing that capability to the VM. The VM is a host app and can't do anything that the host is incapable of. Ditto for the phone for that matter.
If you want to connect the phone itself to the PC via a USB cable then it depends on the phone having that capability, ditto the host OS. Personally I think you stand a better chance configuring the phone as a mobile hotspot and accessing it over USB WiFi.
