Well now there's this

then after some errors messages ( probably because no write access viewtopic.php?f=6&t=106689 https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/21054 https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/14425 ) there's the terminal

then I entered startx for LXQt but

whenever Enable caching on this device selected or not , and VirtualBox crash if Use Host I/O Cache for Controller: SATA is cleared .

And in Type: ( AHCI selected ) there's not Intel RST with Optane , instead of AHCI in my PC's BIOS Setup Utility , is it serious doctor ?

Interesting fth0 I wonder which .efi [debian] in my PC's BIOS Setup Utility , Boot Options boot ? And my PC's BIOS Setup Utility haven't VirtualBox's Boot Maintenance Manager > Boot From File , how to do this ?

Perhaps you can be healed by understanding that VirtualBox provides virtual hardware to the guest OS, which is usually independent from the physical hardware of the host PC. The guest OS does not see the physical hardware (with the exception of the virtual CPU(s) being similar to the host CPU(s)).

Just like the hardware, the PC's BIOS and VM's BIOS are independent from each other. They both have their own menus and configuration.

In a typical setup, you might have a PC with a UEFI BIOS, an Intel RST controller and a SATA SSD with GPT, to run a VirtualBox VM with a legacy BIOS, an IDE controller and an IDE HDD with MBR. Using raw disk access makes the setup more complicated, because the PC and the VM have to be more similar to each other in many aspects. In consequence, you're digging your own grave. On the other hand, it's an opportunity to learn about many fine details of how it all does (not) work. ;)
