Is there a way to migrate NAT network definition ?

Post by HulkySulky »

Hello,

I am migrating my VB setup to another host. I have a lot of NAT networks, with a lot of port forwarding. Right now I am creating each NAT network manually on the destination host, It's very time consuming.

Is there a way to easily migrate all these network definitions to another host ?

You could copy over the whole of the VirtualBox.xml file, or just the relevant portions.

Or you could write a script to recreate the environment using VBoxManage.

I didn't know that the networks were defined in VirtualBox.xml.
Great, thanks
