Popup Notice For New Versions Not Clickable

The popup notice about new versions contains two links that are supposed to be clickable:
virtualbox.org
link to current version download

Neither item is clickable. It is as though everything below the heading in the popup is a single image item (i.e., jpg or png).

This has been going on for some time.

What version of VirtualBox are you currently running? I'm asking because this behavior was (silently) fixed near the beginning of 2021 IIRC (perhaps with in VirtualBox 6.1.16 or 6.1.18).
