Hard Drive : 160GB Hard Drive, 7200RPM
RAM Memory : 512MB RAM (adding 1GB DDR2 800 next week)

Don't know. I do not have any experience with your type of equipment. VirtualBox is running fine on my 1.2 GHz Intel Celeron with 512MB RAM and 40GB HDD.

If Virtualbox is running (I granted him 128MB RAM for Win2000 plus 64MB for Graphics) everything else is s-l-o-w.

So, "(adding 1GB DDR2 800 next week)" is a really good idea :-).

Well, your system is mostly OK, except for RAM.

512 MB is really minimum for ViertualBox, so for good virtualization experience, you should get 2 gigs of RAM.
