Virtualbox OS is an operating system that can support TPM 2.0 so I can run windows 11 and dual boot easily and run two Virtual OS at the same time
You can make one based on Arch Linux

Re Windows 11 and TPM inside a Virtualbox VM, there are ongoing discussions in Windows Guests and a new version of Virtualbox coming soon that is going to try to support some version of 11-compatible TPM.
Apparently Virtualbox runs on Windows 11 hosts, according to the Windows Host Prerelease subforum.

OK, that makes sense. It sounds like you have an Arch Linux host computer, and you have Virtualbox installed, then you're running Windows 11 inside Virtualbox. Is that the setup?
