virtualbox.org

Hello,

I am new to using Virtual Box. I have installed a virtual machine for Quantum Espresso on my computer.

But how do i start the virtual machine? When i type the following commands:

"cd /media/sf_host
touch testfile.txt
ls"

in the terminal, i get an error that there is no such file or directory. Could you please help with this?
