how can i enable printing from inside VB to my usb attached printer in win10?

The only way, if you want the host PC to continue to take care of the printer, is to make a Bridged or Host-Only network in the VM, then share the printer on the host OS to the VM over the network.

There is no "inside VB". VirtualBox won't be using your printer, the guest OS will. So in addition to the points that Scott notes, you will require drivers for that model printer for that guest OS. I.e. exactly the same as other printer networking scenarios.
It's a pity that you did not mention what the guest OS is. I'm assuming "win10" refers to the host.
