There is no Guru Meditation recorded in the log provided. All I see is a VM being restored, then suspended and closed again after 27 seconds.
Incidentally, a Windows 10 VM will appreciate having 2 CPU cores (no more or less).
Trying discarding the saved state. Personally I see no need to ever use saved states, especially if the VM is located on an SSD.

You definitely don't have a "Guru Meditation" issue, but you do have the very common:
