i was just wondering if its possible to run virtual box with wifi (connecting to wifi in virtual box) while your host machine, in my case windows10 isn't connected to wifi, to be specific i want to run windows10(host)->windows10(VM)

TL;DR can you run VM with wifi, while host is not connected at all

Yes, if you provide a separate USB wifi adapter. Then you can use the Virtualbox USB filters to pass the device into the VM, and then use the OS's native or added drivers to run the USB device.
