I ran the latest version of Virtual box with kali-linux iso 32 bit and saw the core dump (as attached). Running an older version of VirtualBox shows the same error.
Your inputs would be appreciated.

5.1.26 is a rather old version, you should be using the latest 5.2.18 (as of this writing).VirtualBox VM 5.1.36 r122416 win.amd64 (Apr 27 2018 13:46:37) release log
You will need to address/fix the VT-x availability. Your i3-4030U CPU most certainly supports VT-x, so it's a matter of enabling it in the BIOS. See your PC's manufacturer help on how to do this.
