Answered my on question.

Enable the device.
Reboot
And then uninstall the device.

Device was removed and I got fresh Vbox install

Thanks for the VB response. I wasn't aware of windows limited 'one' NIC bridge support. MS virtual PC does things a little differently. It looks like they can attach 'four' physical NIC cards to a virtual machine. Initially, I was conceptually confused between MS virtual PC and VirtualBox networking...
