I solved the problem. I needed to set in Bios execute XD to enabled and now it works fine.

I have the same error. I am using VMware Player 7.1.2 build-2780323 and a Dell T3500 mashine with a Intel Xeon X5570 prozessor. It should have VT-x I checked it. It is enabled in the BIOS of the mashine, and HWinfo64 shows me that it is enabled and working. But I get this error trying to start a Win...
