Find the original (unhacked) uxtheme.dll file, as shipped with Windows. Your theme hacker will usually have made a backup of it somewhere. Place a copy of it inside the "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox" folder. That should eliminate that particular problem. I extracted original uxtheme...
