Not without modifying the source code and recompiling. Your other option is to revert to 4.3.12, which is the last version released without the hardening feature. Find the original (unhacked) uxtheme.dll file, as shipped with Windows. Your theme hacker will usually have made a backup of it somewhere. Place a copy of it inside the "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox" folder. That should eliminate that particular problem. I extracted original uxtheme...
