Not without modifying the source code and recompiling. Your other option is to revert to 4.3.12, which is the last version released without the hardening feature. It should be quite straightforward for you to check: look in the VBoxStartup.log - is VirtualBox still complaining about uxtheme.dll? Unfortunatelly yes. Find the original (unhacked) uxtheme.dll file, as shipped with Windows. Your theme hacker will usually have made a backup of it somewhere. Place a copy of it inside the "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox" folder. That should eliminate that particular problem. I extracted original uxtheme...

I have the same error. I tried to place original uxtheme.dll file to the c:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\ directory, but error was not fixed. Could you help me, please?
