Ah my bad, I understand now. I had never done/heard of that feature before. It works now, thank you!

Re: VERR_SSM_UNSUPPORTED_DATA_UNIT_VERSION on all my VMs after Win 10 v1709 upgrade
I restored the VM to the latest snapshot I have of it, but I'm still getting the error message.
Note that I have the same issue on my work laptop as well (which was upgraded to Windows 10 x64 v1703).

Hi, Out of no where (probably after upgrading my Windows 10 x64 Pro to Windows 10 v1709, none of my VMs will open. Re: [Issue] VirtualBox working on and off on Windows 10
I'm at work right now so I cannot check. However, when I get home tonight, I'll try to open a VM to see if I get the error, and when I do, I'll upgrade to the latest test build and let you know if it works or not. From there if it works I'll keep it in monitoring and see if it still works after a re...

Re: [Issue] VirtualBox working on and off on Windows 10
I'm not really a fan of uninstalling Windows Update sadly, even less when they are cumulative so I'll avoid that solution. If I must find a workaround until a patch is released so be it, but I know what a mess it can be when you uninstall Windows Update, and I would rather deal with my current Virtu...

[Issue] VirtualBox working on and off on Windows 10
Is there anyone else that uses VirtualBox under Windows 10 here? I used it since I upgraded and it always worked just fine, without any issues. Now, since the last Patch Tuesday (where I also installed Emsisoft Anti-Malware), VirtualBox cannot launch any of my Virtual Machine anymore for whatever re...
