Attached you will find the actual log file.
The Ubuntu VM is running now with 1GB and 64MB VRAM. It does a small Ubuntu Server with PHP and no graphical things at all. So I guess there are enough ressources. But let's see what happens with some more RAM.

Kernel Panic in Yosemite 10.10.2
On a newly installed OS X 10.10.2 (Mac mini 2009) we see kernel panics once a week. We use Virtualbox 4.3.26 r98988 with one Ubuntu-VM running. The system does not run any other software. We tried to load a test build but the link says "The requested VirtualBox-4.3.27-99220-OSX.dmg was not foun...
