It is so slow i tried unistall different programm inside the VM. To deinstall Evernote it takes already 10 minutes

2 Days ago my vm started becoming extremly slow.
Starting it up from cold takes ages.

Box updated and guest is up to date. Updating the Guest Addition also took far longer then expected
