Windows 7 does not support dual taskbar.
There's multimon taskbar, free version is old and buggy and I think may cause problems in Windows 7.
Windows 8 is one giant leap backwards in terms of its UI, but supports multimonitor taskbars.

How do I remove “ATA Device” from msinfo32 and Device Manage
I'm using Windows 7 x64 host and guest. In Virtualbox, you can change the hard drive or DVD name, manufacturer, serial, etc. (Virtualbox manual, 9.9.2.). However, the friendly name always ends with "ATA Device", after the normal formula of ModelNumber (HDD) or "ATAPIVendorId ATAPIProd...
