Thanks Perryg for your response. At the end of installation installer copies the boot loader into file system, so this will not help to load guest OS in single install? Still We need to install GRUB loader as part of install to boot the guest OS?

Thanks for your reply. 1. I have deleted the .vdi file from my host OS (Windows 7) physical HDD. 2. When i opened Virtual Box it asked to remove the SATA HDD as it became invalid.
