Really thank you, i add allow rule for ping to firewall at server and it works now, i though before that windows server allow ping by default (like as 2003 version, thats why i was pinging from client to server), and in vmware it works because on server i had dhcp so its my wrong, thanks again.

I tried it before but it doesnt work, in vmware it works so i think its something in VBox setting, but both adapter are active and in 'inside network' intnet with same subnet.Thanks

Hello, i would like to ask, why i cant ping from win7 to win08 VMachine.. i understand that intnet is similar to vmnet in vmware. So i random choose same ip subnet for my machines (192.168.100.x).
