I got it working. Installed phpVirtualBox on the server, updated the VM's config, and now it's working. I bet it was something with it's config file. Thanks for looking everyone!

Can't start imported appliance
I exported a appliance from my Virtualbox setup on my desktop, it's running the latest version. After upgrading my Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS server to the 4.0.6 release I tried importing the image.
