Increasing Memory?

So I've setup a guest OS, Win7 with the base memory during the setup. I realized I should probably have more memory, so is it possible to go into the settings and increase the memory? Would this cause any conflicts or crash my guest OS?

Solution found. Idiot I am forgot I had VirtualBox installed on my Win7 machine and it was having a conflict with my other network adaptor. So I uninstalled VirtualBox and bam, I can see other computers and connect to then.

Yeah I found the Bridged Mode and that is what I'm in currently. I try to ping other computers and trying pinging the virtualbox to so such luck. It doesn't make sense I could see my Ubuntu server on the network but not my Windows boxes. Let me look at the chapter 6 you mentioned in the mean time. T...
